Refund policy

No Return / No Exchange Policy (General)

• We follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.

• Orders once placed cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product delivered

7-Day Return Eligibility (Special Cases Only)

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or

  • A wrong item has been delivered

⚠️ Returns are not applicable for:

• Size issues

• Color variation

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

Customer-Related Return Cases

If a parcel is returned to us due to customer-related issues, including but not limited to:

• Not responding to delivery calls

• Incomplete or incorrect address

• Incorrect contact details

👉 Shipping charges will be borne by the customer, and
👉 A ₹80 reshipping fee must be paid to resend the parcel.

No excuses or exceptions will be entertained.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Received

At the Time of Delivery

• Please check the package carefully before accepting delivery.

• If you notice any damage or discrepancy, mention it clearly on the courier receipt.

After Delivery

• If you receive a manufacturing-defective product or an incorrect item, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your message must include:

• Order ID

• Clear images/videos of the product

• Details of the issue

Return Conditions (If Approved)

• Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Products failing quality inspection will not be accepted

Color Disclaimer

• Slight color bleeding may occur in 1–2 washes, although this usually does not happen.

• We strive to display product colors accurately; however, screen settings may cause minor color variations.

• Color variation does not qualify as a defect.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations.

• COD availability may vary based on courier serviceability.
