Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and serviceable locations.

• COD availability depends on courier service reach.

Returns Due to Customer-Related Issues

If a parcel is returned due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Unavailability at the time of delivery

• Refusal to accept delivery

👉 Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer, and
👉 A ₹80 reshipping fee will be applicable for re-dispatch.

No exceptions or excuses will be entertained.

Taxes & Duties

• For deliveries within India, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price shown on the website.

• No additional charges will be collected at the time of delivery.

Delivery Coverage

• We work with some of India’s leading logistics partners to ensure dependable delivery.

• Delivery is subject to courier serviceability.

• If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you to find an alternate solution.

Delays Beyond Our Control

• Deliveries may be delayed due to festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, or political/emergency situations.

• In such cases, we will make every genuine effort to deliver your order at the earliest or keep you informed.

Village Post Office (V.P.O) Deliveries

• 📍 We deliver to V.P.O (Village Post Office) addresses, subject to courier service availability.
